August Bank Holiday Weekend Skrill Premier Betting Tips

It hasn’t been the best of starts too my first season on Non-league Bets but I remain fully confident that I can break the dry patch this bank holiday weekend. You will notice that this time I will only do write ups for the Saturday and Monday bets and not a full Skrill Premier preview due to the packed schedule in the next few days.

Saturday’s Skrill Premier football:

KIDDERMINSTER v Chester
The home side have won two out of three and appear to have picked up where they left off last year and welcome a Chester side who are yet to register a point or a goal. The Harriers bounced back from their surprise defeat to Alfreton midweek edging out Braintree thanks to a last minute Kyle Storer header. I fancy Burr’s charges to pile on the misery for Neil Young’s newly promoted outfit.

WREXHAM v Hyde
Andy Morrell’s men have won one, drawn one and lost one whilst Hyde are still searching for their first win. Both sides drew 2-2 last time out but with the quality and experience in the Dragon’s squad they should be able to triumph at home. Junior N’Tame and Joe Anyinsah could make their debuts and the return of Andy Bishop could give them the lift they need to take all three points.

Forest Green vs Luton - BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
Show this fixture to any Skrill Premier enthusiast and he would have a hard time picking a winner but tell you goals should fly in. BTTS seems to be the obvious bet. Luton have had a nondescript start scoring three and conceding two whilst Forest Green’s abundance of riches up front mean that they shouldn’t be short on firepower. I fancy that John Still will have his Hatters fired up for the first real ‘clash of the title titans’ of this season and both teams to score should fly in comfortably.

Treble of Kidderminster, Wrexham and BTTS in Forest Green vs Luton pays 4.27 with BetVictor.

Monday’s Skrill Premier football:

Chester v FOREST GREEN
The visitors undeniably have the better team and no matter what happens on Saturday, should visit the Deva Stadium full of confidence against a team who could still be sitting on 0 points come kick off. A defeat against Kidderminster would drain confidence further and the Nailsworth outfit will be primed to take full advantage.

Luton v Cambridge -BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
This bank holiday weekend is huge for Luton as they play two promotion rivals and much like on Saturday’s game I would expect them to know exactly how big these two fixtures are and rise to the task accordingly. The U’s have started well, scoring eight goals in three games, five of those in their first game, and like FGR, should be full of confidence. Another affair where goals will be guaranteed, and BTTS is the sensible bet here.

Halifax v Southport - BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
Both sides have started well, winning two out of three games and depending on Saturday’s events, this game could quite easily finish in a score draw. Alan Wright has got the Port playing some delightful football and will pose a significant attacking threat to the home side who currently average two goals per game. This is a game which could be an open and attacking encounter, therefore lending itself kindly to BTTS.
